Dr Wu and her team have given me my best ever dental experience. I initially came for an emergency appointment on a Monday morning for a broken tooth which occurred on the Sunday, less than 24 hours before. I was impressed before my visit when Dr Wu called to check in on me on the Sunday evening and to give an earlier appointment so we could have more time. Her philosophy is one of spending time with her patients to inform and include them in their treatment, with no judgment. She immediately puts me at ease and explains everything that is happening clearly throughout the whole process. Two weeks later I am a regular patient, and my teeth are much cleaner and happier. I also have a plan for comprehensive orthodontic treatment in collaboration with her via an excellent referral. I was hesitant to commit to this treatment with previous dentists, but I’m confident that I’m now in great hands. Thank you!
