Issaquah Premier Dental – one of Issaquah’s top-rated dental offices – is hiring Sterilization Technician for full-time & part-time permanent positions. A rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced practice with great patients and teammates. The job duties include setting up and cleaning treatment rooms, preparing and sterilizing instruments and materials.

We are looking for the right person to join our growing team! We strive to provide an exceptional experience in all aspects of our office. The primary responsibility in this position is to assist and support our providers in treatment procedures and other duties pertaining to providing patients with excellent care. We are looking for someone who is searching for a long-term dental work home where they can grow with the business and have the potential for vertical career growth.



  • Preparing patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating patients
  • Preparing all instruments and materials needed for the appointment
  • Sterilizing and maintaining equipment, instruments and operatories
  • Keeping operatories clean and adequately stocked
  • Being able to learn and adequately manipulate dental software (Oryx)
  • Periodontal charting
  • Performing other supportive office tasks
  • Laboratory work- pouring models, making whitening trays, etc
