Dental Assistant Job

Issaquah Premier Dental – one of Issaquah’s top-rated dental offices – is hiring Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) for full-time & part-time permanent positions. A rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced practice with great patients and teammates. The job duties include preparing treatment room, conducting initial patient screenings, preparing and sterilizing instruments and materials, assisting the dentist during procedures, performing duties in accordance to the dental practice act, and educating patients on oral health and preventative care.


  • Communicate with patients and suppliers (e.g. book appointments, answer the phone and email inquiries, billing and ordering)
  • Prepare patient for treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient
  • Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before & during their visit
  • Sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area
  • Positioning instruments for dentist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments
  • Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care
  • Taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays)
  • Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
  • Perform office management tasks; comfortable using computers and software
  • Help provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and oral surgery
